Publication year: 1997 | Cataloged on: Oct. 31, 2006
ANNOTATION: The term "flexiplace" is an abbreviation for "flexible workplace," meaning working at locations other than the traditional government office, mostly at home. This report reviews the implementation of flexiplace and describes federal efforts to promote the concept, as well as determining the extent to which federal employees have used flexiplace. It also identifies barriers to its implementation and examines possible abuse of the program.
