These Federal programs include: the Edward Byrne Memorial State and Local Law Enforcement Assistance Formula Grant Program (Byrne Program), Family Violence Prevention and Services Act (FVPSA), Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant (PHHSBG), STOP Violence Against Women Act Program (VAWA), Victims of Crime Act (VOCA), Children's Justice and Assistance Act (CJA), and the State and Territorial Victim Service Grant Programs.
