ANNOTATION: Begun in 1990, the Delaware CJIS was the first integrated state system that supported electronic sharing of criminal justice information among all parts of the criminal justice community. It continues to adapt to the needs of state and local police, the Attorney General's Office, the Public Defender's Office, the Courts, and the Department of Correction.
