ANNOTATION: The relationship between employee turnover and work environment scales that measure job satisfaction, institutional commitment and other factors is examined. "The results presented for the linear regression models are not conducive to making simple generalizations about the effects of the work environment scales on job separations and voluntary turnover at the institutional level" (p. 15-16).
