ANNOTATION: Sections of the Statutes that are amended are: prisoner correspondence -- definitions; Internet access -- violation, classification, and definitions; and duties and powers of director. The first two amendments particularly note that correspondence and Internet access carried out through a "Communication Service Provider" or "Remote Computing Service" by the inmate or on behalf of the inmate is not allowed.
