Publication year: 2000 | Cataloged on: Oct. 31, 2006
ANNOTATION: The fourth interim report of an ongoing evaluation of New York City's Alternative-to-Incarceration (ATI) programs is presented. Three chapters comprise this report: introduction; status of the data collection and highlights of Vera's research sample.
