ANNOTATION: Results from an investigation of offender success or failure in community corrections are presented. In addition to an executive summary, this report contains four sections: introduction; methodology; findings regarding program completion, recidivism, special populations, women offenders, and management information systems (MIS); and recommendations. Copies of the data collection instruments and interview guides are also included, along with descriptive tables about the sample. This agency has a program completion rate of 62%, and a recidivism rate (after 24 months) of 31%.
