Skills, strategies, and resources necessary to address significant offender job retention issues and increase offender employment success are addressed during this 32-hour course. Participants will learn how to: develop an action plan to improve offender job retention; utilize job retention strategies and tools, such as assessment, cognitive coaching, and intervention, among others; modify job retention best practices for use in local jurisdictions; and network and problem-solve with agencies working in the field of job retention.
