ANNOTATION: The combination of reparative justice, relationships, and responsibility to strengthen reentry initiatives is explained. Sections of this paper address: reparative justice -- victim and community protection, support, and services, offender accountability, and competency development; relationships; and responsibility -- of offenders to teh community, of the community to the offender, of the criminal justice system to the community and victims, and of the criminal justice system to offenders.
