ANNOTATION: Results from a survey regarding "the extent and nature of organizational support programs for correctional officers and their family members" are provided (p. 1). This report is comprised of the following sections: executive summary; introduction; development of "The Work and Family Support Services for Correctional Officers Questionnaire"; results according to officer demographics and turnover rates, work and family support services, service providers, and organizational impact; and discussion. The most common form of agency service was employee assistance programs.
