ANNOTATION: The effectiveness of drug courts throughout Ohio is investigated. Sections of this report discuss: evaluating what is known; methods; common pleas drug courts results; municipal drug court results; juvenile drug court results; overall drug court results; and summary, conclusions, and recommendations. Overall, "participation in a drug court program reduced the probability of rearrest by 15 percent" (p. 90).
