ANNOTATION: The quality of Ohio's juvenile justice programs as determined by the CPAI is investigated. Sections within this assessment are: introduction; the principle of effective intervention; examining program quality; the CPAI; results, most common shortcomings, and best practices; conclusions; and recommendations. Over 60% of effective intervention principles were realized by 35% of the assessed programs.
