ANNOTATION: A program "developed in response to the demand of housing and treating multiple DUI offenders in Hamilton County, Ohio" is evaluated (p. 1). This assessment includes five chapters: introduction; profile of all Turning Point clients; Correctional Program Assessment Inventory (CPAI); the ten-year follow-up evaluation; and conclusions. After ten years, Turning Point participants remain more likely not to recidivate than the comparison group.
