ANNOTATION: Standards "applicable to community service programs wherein offenders perform community service ordered by a criminal court, Board of Parole, or Conditional Release Commission" are presented (p. 2). Six sections comprise this document: statutory authority for community service; regulatory authority; applicability; procedural standards -- participant selection, participant placement, compliance monitoring, and case closings; and administrative standards -- general, data collection and reporting, training, public information, and revision of standards.
