ANNOTATION: Characteristics of juvenile offenders that are now adult felons are documented. This report is comprised of the following sections: executive summary; introduction -- background and Oregon's juvenile justice system; methodology; results according to comparison of juvenile offenders, probability of adult criminality, migration time, and typical age of entry to adult system, comparison of juvenile and adult crime -- specialization, and comparison with other adult corrections offenders; limitations; and conclusions. Adult felony records were found for 41.8% of the study population.
