ANNOTATION: Results from a process evaluation regarding the efficacy of this agency's educational and vocational programming are supplied. There was a 100% response rate from Pennsylvania State Correctional Institutions' (SCIs) academic and vocational instructors and school principals. Overall, there is a "lack of consensus concerning the efficacy of vocational and some educational programming" (p. 9). An outcome evaluation is nearing completion.
