ANNOTATION: Domestic violence court program mandate non-compliance and recidivism are investigated. These sections follow an executive summary: introduction; literature review; the Bronx Misdemeanor Domestic Violence Court; hypotheses; methods; results for the program mandate sample; comparison results; hypotheses performance; and discussion. This program has a 50% completion rate with a rearrest rate of 62%. Prior criminal history was the most significant predictor of program non-compliance and recidivism.
