ANNOTATION: A review of research over a 25-year period regarding public confidence in Canadian criminal justice is presented. In addition to an executive summary are an introduction, a discussion of research findings, and concluding remarks with recommendations. While confidence levels are not high, Canadians have more confidence in their criminal justice system than most Europeans.
