Resources include: Maryland Community Criminal Justice Treatment Program (MCCJTP); Byrne Memorial Grant Fund; U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Shelter Plus Care grant; the Phoenix Project; TAMAR (Trauma, Addictions, Mental Health, and Recovery) Project; and TAMAR's Children.
