ANNOTATION: Attitudes of individuals regarding issues related to the employment of ex-offenders are evaluated. Sections of the report include: introduction and literature review; method; results for perceived employability; and discussion -- summary of results and policy and program implications. The probabilities of obtaining and maintaining employment are rated fair, with employers rating these probabilities the lowest.
