ANNOTATION: Findings from an evaluation of the Collaborative Justice Project (CJP) are provided. Sections contained in this report are: executive summary; introduction; method and procedures; results according to evaluation participant demographics and offense characteristics, examination of "seriousness" of cases, examination of research questions (e.g., client characteristics, program activity, program impact, and value added); and discussion. CJP participants re-offended at a lower rate (18%) a year after release compared to non-participants (28%).
