Re-Offending of Adults: Results from the 2002 Cohort

ANNOTATION: An analysis of two-year re-offending rates for adults is presented. Sections of this report are: introduction; summary; measuring re-offending; results according to overall re-offending rate, age, offence, disposal, odds ratios of re-offending for disposals, criminal history, and ethnicity; 1997 performance; and conclusion. In order to meet the Public Service Agreement target, there needs to be a further 4.8% decrease in re-offending.
