This brief describes: characteristics of SVORI programs exclusively serving juveniles; top service-need areas; primary focus of these SVORI programs; the Intensive Aftercare Program model of David Altschuler; service coordination approaches; continuity of care best practice; and program components. Community service is required by 92% of these programs.
