Expenditures are grouped into the program areas of elementary and secondary education, higher education, public assistance, medicaid, corrections, transportation, all other, capital, and revenue sources in the general fund. Also provided is an executive summary. Spending increased 4.5% with elementary and secondary education receiving the most funding (21.7%).
