ANNOTATION: This evaluation finds that Project Greenlight intensive reentry program participants recidivated at higher rates than either of two comparison groups: one with a less ambitious transition program, and one with no specialized reentry programming. The evaluation is preceded by a roundtable discussion of the unexpected findings.
