Evaluation of Ohio's RECLAIM Funded Programs, Community Corrections Facilities, and DYS Facilities: FY 2002: CCF Supplementary Report
Publication year:
2006
| Cataloged on:
Oct. 31, 2006
ANNOTATION: Reduction in recidivism associated with adherence to the risk principle and program integrity by Community Corrections Facility (CCF) programs is examined. Four sections follow an executive summary: introduction; methodology; results according to demographics, analysis of the risk principle on recidivism, analysis of the impact of program integrity on recidivism, analysis of program integrity on recidivism, and CPAI (Correctional Program Assessment Inventory) as predictor for effect size; and summary and conclusions. "While the results were not consistent or conclusive, the data used for these analyses indicated that CCFs were possibly more effective when they directed their resources towards higher-risk youth" (p. ii).
