ANNOTATION: Opportunities for federal offenders on conditional release to be employed in the community are examined. Sections following an executive summary are: introduction; hypothesis; method; results according to interpersonal factors, broad social factor, social desirability, and outcome variables at one month and six months; and discussion and implications. "One of the strongest findings in the study was the role of social support in contributing to employment outcomes for offenders" (p. 38).
