ANNOTATION: A collection of resources available to faith- and community-based victim services that strengthen their abilities to fulfill their missions is supplied. Capacity building resources are organized into the following areas: strategic planning; board development; management resources; financial grants management; volunteer management; training scholarships; training opportunities and professional development; victim services program development; technology; grant writing skill building; finding match and in-kind support; grant-seeking resources; federal grants related to services for volunteers; needs assessment and evaluation; information sharing and networking; and public awareness and communication.
