ANNOTATION: An Editorial Introduction to an evaluation concerning Project Greenlight, an evidence-based reentry program in New York is provided. The author reviews the article "Good Intentions Meet Hard Realities: An Evaluation of the Project Greenlight Reentry Program" by James A. Wilson and Robert C. Davis which showed that Project Greenlight (GL) did not reduce recidivism and may have increased it, "When "What Works" Never Did: Dodging the 'Scarlet M" in Correctional Rehabilitation" by Douglas B. Marlowe, and "Implementation: The Bane of Effective Correctional Programs" by Edward E. Rhine, Tina L. Mawhorr, and Evalyn C. Parks.
