ANNOTATION: The district court affirmed the decision that a state department of corrections is liable for the failure of prison officials to eradicate a hostile work environment due to the sexual harassment of female guards by male prisoners. It was also agreed that the plaintiff was retaliated against and terminated due to there repeated complaints about being harassed.
