ANNOTATION: Problems facing women following their release from incarceration are analyzed. Sections contained in this report are: executive summary; problem statement; Time for Change Foundation; report overview; purpose of report; qualitative study results; qualitative discussion; quantitative study results; quantitative discussion; recommendations; and conclusions. "The findings in this report have revealed that there is a lack of re-entry programs, healthcare services, education and employment opportunities, and support services for women in prison and upon their release" (p. 69).
