ANNOTATION: Guidance is provided to those Colorado agencies and professionals responsible for implementing changes mandated in HB 00-1119 and SB 00-133 regarding the exchange of information concerning juveniles. The Model Inter-Agency Agreement is comprised of ten sections: general provisions; police and sheriffs; schools; prosecuting attorney; courts; probation department; corrections facilities; Department of Social/Human Services; assessment centers for children; and mental health agencies.
