ANNOTATION: Guidelines for the utilization of "juvenile information sharing (JIS) as an essential tool to assist juvenile justice, education, health, and other youth-serving agencies in their efforts to improve services for at-risk and delinquent youth and their families" are presented (p. 1). Four chapters are contained in this report: establish the JIS collaborative; develop JIS policies, procedures, and practices; implement JIS; and promote public awareness.
