ANNOTATION: The extent and seriousness of convicted drug offenders' criminal careers is shown through the use of Florida criminal history records. This report is comprised of these sections: methodology; findings regarding characteristics of drug offenders in Florida, their arrest history, criminal histories by conviction offense, career seriousness, seriousness score of supervision cohort by type of supervision, and seriousness score by region; and conclusion. Drug offenders are usually not first time offenders and have broad criminal histories.
