Publication year:

| Cataloged on:
Jun. 03, 2007
ANNOTATION: The use of mentors in the Ready4Work prisoner reentry initiative is evaluated. Sections of this publication are: background; how the mentoring programs take shape; who volunteered to be a mentor; outcomes that are associated with mentoring; and conclusion. Early results show that mentoring "as part of a comprehensive reentry program . . . is indeed a valuable strategy" (p. 1).
