ANNOTATION: Findings from an assessment of a substance abuse treatment program for women with a DUI offense are presented. Six sections follow an executive summary: overview; literature review; process evaluation of the Community Based Transition Services for Female Offenders Program (CBTSFO); outcome evaluation; and summary of results and recommendations. When compared to Diversified and Intensive caseloads, the CBTSFO program had the highest rates for urine screens failed, new offense, and new violation hearing.
