ANNOTATION: Disproportionate minority contact (DMC) at the time of arrest and also at court referral is examined. Sections following an executive summary are: introduction and literature review; methods; findings -- main effects of race and ethnicity; and conclusion. "DMC can not be explained by differences in offending behavior of different racial groups" (p. 41).
