ANNOTATION: Results from an evaluation of communities working with the Reclaiming Futures (RF) Model, "an inter-agency, performance-based community partnership model for addressing substance abuse issues among young offenders," are presented (p. 25). Four sections follow an executive summary: background; methods; results according to change in RF communities (e.g., administration, collaboration, quality, and overall interpretation), community differences, and most significant reported changes; and the conclusion that RF is a potentially effective strategy.
