ANNOTATION: Section 13-201 contains definitions, exclusions, and standards for the initial planning for a local juvenile facility. Section 460A has standards covering design criteria for both required spaces and furnishings and equipment. An appendix provides a chart comparing the 1998 regulations for physical activity and recreation areas to the 2001 and 2003 regulations.
