ANNOTATION: This study examines the abuse of women and their children with a view to matching services to their needs. Sections of this report include: introduction; methodology; results -- demographic characteristics of victims, victim experience of abuse and offender characteristics, referral sources for victims, victim referrals from programs to services and resources, service use by victims, demographics of children using services, child problem areas, service use by children, and prediction of total service hours; and discussion and recommendations.
