ANNOTATION: Findings are presented from a study of "post-release outcomes of recidivism, employment, and substance abuse of COR [Community Orientation and Reintegration] Phase I participants compared to a Control Group who did not participate in COR" (p. iii). This report is comprised of an executive summary and two sections: outcome evaluation -- findings for study population, recidivism, employment/financial stability, economic (property) crimes, and substance abuse; and survey outcomes. Compared to the Control Group, COR Completers showed failures on most of the measures evaluated.
