ANNOTATION: An investigation into "collateral consequences" of a criminal conviction in Alaska is provided. Collateral consequences "refers to the myriad, often unforeseen ways in which state and federal laws disadvantage those with criminal convictions as they seek to engage in the ordinary activities of American life" (p. 1).
