ANNOTATION: A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) addresses the "use of resources to support and improve mental health care at Taycheedah" (p. 1). Sections contained in the MOA include: introduction; definitions; care required by the U.S. Constitution; substantive measures for mental health services; consultation; compliance and quality assurance; reporting requirements and right of access; and implementation and termination.
