Sections comprising this document are: introduction; what rights the child in the juvenile justice system has; what abuse, neglect, and exploitation of a child are; what one should do if they witness abuse, neglect, or exploitation happening; what to do if one learns about or suspects abuse, neglect, or exploitation but does not witness it; how to report abuse, neglect, or exploitation; what happens if one does not report; what happens if a false report is made; how one can make an anonymous report; the Commission will not investigate a child's disposition in juvenile court, just allegations of abuse, neglect, or exploitation; how long one has to make a report; what happens after a report is made; who has access to the information reported; and what are some other rights a child has in a juvenile justice facility.
