These sections follow an executive summary: introduction; parole and probation officer contacts; parole and probation officers sanction patterns; recidivism as measured by re-arrest; study limitations; discussion; and recommendations. There is an 87% reduction in recidivism for program participants, with a reduction in restraining order violations of 93%.
