ANNOTATION: Results are presented of an assessment of the Multnomah County Department of Community Justice's Community of Color Partnership (COCP), "a collaborative approach to case management for high risk minority youth who are [on] probation." Seven sections comprise this report: introduction; evaluation strategy; sample; COCP process and client flow; report conclusions; and recommendations. This program appears to be successful at providing services to its target population.
