ANNOTATION: Results are presented from an assessment of the Parenting Program being piloted in four Pennsylvania male State Correctional Institutions. Sections of this report include: summary of major findings; background; method; findings according to respondent characteristics, pre and post assessment surveys, controlling for respondent characteristics and age, sex, and number of children, time to release, summary of individual interviews, and responses to open-ended questions; discussion and interpretation; and recommendation section. Overall, gains were "relatively minor."
