ANNOTATION: Services provided to youthful offenders at State Correctional Institution Pine Grove are evaluated using the Correctional Program Assessment Inventory (CPAI). Strengths, areas that need improvement, evaluation rating, and recommendations are provided for each of the six primary sections of the CPAI program implementation, client pre-service assessment, program characteristics, staff characteristics, and other. The overall rating for services provided to youthful offenders is 57% or satisfactory but needs improvement.
