Family Ties is a contractual program offered by the Osborne Association at Albion. The program offers a visitation and parenting program to improve relationships between incarcerated mothers and their children in the community.
The program offers parenting skills courses for mothers, visiting support for their children, and family cohesion support upon release.
Upon release, participants are given case management services, general support and assistance with referrals to agency providers in the community.
