This is a psychoeducational group devised for incarcerated women with histories of sexual abuse or sexual assault. The group is a closed group that focuses on the constellation of symptoms that present post trauma. Additionally, the group focuses on the development of safety protocols and works to increase adaptive self care habits.

This group is offered by volunteers through the Center for Women and Families for women who have histories of sexual abuse or assault.




 Capacity: Approximately 10 - 15 women may participate in this group four times a year.
